HRS Agency provides a software as a service platform designed to assist digital marketing agencies in automating LinkedIn and email outreach for their clients. The Service includes features such as automated connection requests, personalized messaging, and campaign management tools.
User Responsibilities
As a user of the Service, you are responsible for:
a. Providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
b. Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
c. Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data privacy and anti-spam policies.
d. Obtaining necessary consents from individuals before sending any outreach messages through the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by HRS Agency. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without the express written consent of HRS Agency.
Payment and Billing
a. The Service is offered on a subscription basis, with pricing plans available on the HRS Agency website.
b. Payment is due in advance of each billing period, and your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
c. HRS Agency reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with notice provided to users in advance of the change.
Termination
a. HRS Agency may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
b. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting HRS Agency customer support. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of a billing period.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HRS Agency makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HRS Agency be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HRS Agency harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of the Terms.
Governing Law
The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
By using the HRS Agency Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
